When will my order ship?

Place your order and watch it ship the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays, cherished by all, aren't counted as business days for us or our trusted shipping partners.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery times depend on your location. Proceed to checkout and continue to the shipping method to see the delivery date. Usually takes between to 2-7 business day.

Do you offer discreet shipping? Yes, we do! We choose the right-sized Uline box for each order, based on how many items the consumer ordered. To protect their products, we use kraft paper and, for items like glass or other breakables, we add bubble wrap. For shipping, our label shows our address and says "Shipping Department" instead of a company name

How do you ship out orders?

We use Canadá Post and UPS for shipping. After your order is processed, you'll receive an invoice, and the tracking link can be found at the bottom of the invoice.

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective. This policy is in place to prioritize the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers.

Items designed for contact with body parts or fluids are non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these products leave our warehouse, they are considered used and cannot be returned. This category includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vibrators and Dildos
  • Douche/Enema Kits
  • Anal Toys, Beads, and Plugs
  • Cock and Ball Devices, Cock Rings, and Cock Sleeves
  • Gags and Ropes
  • Lingerie and Men's Wear

Additionally, products such as lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also non-returnable.

What do I do if an item is defective?

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and a Fleur de Passion issued RA#.

Please contact us at info@fleurdepassion.com for authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Defective goods will be replaced or given account credit.
